The KOZO collection started in 1988 with the desire to introduce Japan's proud washi paper as wallpaper to people, and to pass on the culture, tradition, and beauty of Japanese washi to future generations. Among wallpapers, using kozo (paper mulberry), which can be harvested in winter before the leaves fall, is environmentally friendly, and the beauty of washi wallpaper, which is enhanced over time, is one of the very important options in today's world where the necessity for a sustainable circular society is being questioned.
